January 10, 2023, Brookfield, Wis— GenAlpha Technologies is excited to announce they’ve appointed a new Chief Executive Officer, Kristina (Kris) Harrington. Former CEO Stan Eames will be retiring and will remain involved as a member of the GenAlpha Board of Directors, providing strategic direction and oversight to the executive team.
Kris is one of the original Co-Founders of GenAlpha and has been full-time with the company since 2013. Before her time with the company, she worked in leadership roles in sales and aftermarket parts with Enerpac, Caterpillar, and Bucyrus International. Her career has spanned multiple countries, including Canada, Brazil, and Peru. A majority of her work has included working with internal stakeholders, dealers, and customers to deliver business results in aftermarket and original equipment sales.
Her previous role at GenAlpha was as the President and COO, and in that position, she’s helped numerous manufacturers transform their sales operations through the implementation of technology. She’s also been hands-on in establishing and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring they reach their digital goals.
Kris has established herself as a thought leader in the B2B digital transformation space and shares her vast knowledge and experience through blogs, webinars, podcasts, and social media. All of this experience is what made her a perfect fit for the position of CEO at GenAlpha.
